*All guests paying the visitor tax will get the Lake Constance guest card including free use of bus and train (bodo) and many discounts for sightseeing destinations and cultural offers.
General conditions of payment & cancellation
For a long-term stay (more than 7 nights) we request a deposit of 50 % of the total amount. This deposit will be due 8 days after reception of the invoice.
The remaining amount has to be paid by bank transfer at the latest 3 working days before the arrival or can be paid cash on the arrival in the hostel.
The deposit will not be reimbursed if the booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the arrival date.
For a short-term stay (7 nights or less) there is no deposit requested. For cancellations within 3 days or more no cancellation fees will be charged.
In case of a cancellation 1 to 2 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total booking amount will be charged.
This rule is also applicable for no-show guests and for earlier departures.
